Nelson, Nv
This is not really the town of Nelson, which is suppose to
be a ghost town, but people still live there. I have been there about 4-5
times but out in the back roads, which are dirt roads with old mining building
and old mining equipment. I never drove pass Nelson, until I seen some pics
of this charming place, with a lot of old stuffs, all it said is a village
near the town of Nelson. This village was about 2 miles pass the town of Nelson,
on 165. This place is really a photographer dream. This set of pics was shot
on October 16th, 2007, around 10:00 am, camera used was the Mamiya 645 AFD
and with the P45 digital back. Lenses used is either the 55 mm to 110 mm zoom
lenses or the 35 mm lenses.
Pics of the old store, at this village. There is a lot of
old stuff around, I was there 2 hours taking
pictures and no one kick my out. You could buy drinks and food there.
